02 Crossroads Wargame - Anoki Pantheon: Principality

Ancience incarnate wielding annihilation in stoic repose. Strange in their dealings with the other races of Eá, the Anoki Pantheon rules light-years of sprawling space surrounding the galactic center. Amidst vast star clusters intermingled throughout wafting nebula hover intricate fortress temples of these mysterious beings. Their principalities comprise elite Valkyrian warriors boasting millennia of legendary renown. Military goals remain sequestered, obscurement reminiscent of arcane occultism, their secrecy typified to acceptance by the rest of the lesser species galactically. Members of this Pantheon hold esteemed leadership ranks among the Council of Eá, despite obvious apprehension toward revealing any agendas harbored within the grand halls of their monastery worlds. Long lived and wise, the Anoki are largely an enigma to the other Council members - though readily welcomed as allies given their uncompromising, nearly mythical military might.

They measure nearly twice the height of a man, their movements fluid and precise. Though when standing still one may notice the intricate overlapping plates of their ceremonial regalia, once an Anokian Sentinel begins their war forms they bear closer resemblance to swirling smoke spattered with glinting metal. Nothing of their flesh can be discerned nor recovered, for where their ritualistic armor parts flow shimmering silken cloth.

New Eden and the Dominion alike have attempted to recover their corpses for study to no avail. In the instance an Anoki Warrior is brought down they wither away in moments. Nothing survives save their masks, a grim trophy comprised of near indestructible material found nowhere else in the known galaxy.

New Eden holds the Anoki almost as responsible for the annihilation of Eden as the Dominion - for in the events leading up to the calamity, the Anokian Pantheon had one of the largest forces in their system on record. The reasons for their presence were shrouded in mystery then and only grow dimmer with time - but New Eden holds a special hatred for the Anokian Pantheon no matter what their role may have been.

This set contains 4 Miniatures to build a Principality for use in games of Crossroads. 4 Stat Cards are included, in addition to an Anoki Pantheon Team Ability Card for quick reference during a match. Guard the gates and annihilate resistance with the formidable might of the Principality.

Bases are included and will require super glue to affix them. Models are 3d printed in high resolution with smokey black resin. Models are supplied unpainted and unassembled.
